La Cocina’s businesses are fully licensed and insured and work out of our state-of-the art commercial kitchen. The businesses range from specialty food producers to caterers. Their products are suitable for retail outlets, farmers markets, cafes, and restaurants.

La Cocina’s caterers offer a broad range of authentic cuisines and can accommodate parties and events from small private dinners to buffets for large groups of up to 1000.

To help support our programs, La Cocina also rents commercial kitchen space to established businesses who do not qualify for our incubator program Rent kitchen.
