No, we’ve not become a faith-based orga­ni­za­tion; unless you con­sider the force with which we believe in the power of good food to change lives. And nothing’s more pow­er­ful than mole. It’s alchemy in a pot; dark, deep, rich, spicy and mys­te­ri­ous. And we’re here to help you make it. Chef Veron­ica Salazar, owner of El Huarache Loco, will walk you through each and every one of this won­der­ful dish’s 19 ingre­di­ents all the way to a plated din­ner over roasted chicken and veg­eta­bles smoth­ered in your own mole. Guests will leave with a jar of their own mole.
