Thanksgiving Around the World

Wednes­day, Novem­ber 17th, 2010; 6:30 — 9 PM Ah, it’s Thanks­giv­ing again. With­out going into the impli­ca­tions of the hol­i­day itself, we’ve decided to sub­vert the tra­di­tion by cel­e­brat­ing it. We’re a coun­try full of immi­grants, and a kitchen full of peo­ple who love to cook. Why not cel­e­brate both of those things with an evening ded­i­cated to chang­ing the tried and true and replac­ing it with the deli­cious and excit­ing? Join sev­eral of the chefs from La Cocina and expe­ri­ence the fla­vors of Thanks­giv­ing as it is cel­e­brated here by peo­ple from around the world.
