WHY WE CATER
La Cocina is a nonprofit culinary business incubator working with talented BIPOC and immigrant women-owned food businesses as they transition from the informal economy to a formal business. Our roster of businesses includes everything from early-stage food entrepreneurs to James Beard nominated chefs. Catering is often the first avenue to market for La Cocina businesses and a revenue source that drives their growth. Our program leverages our industry expertise and the food and knowledge of the chefs we work with to deliver unique and inspired events.
PRICING
La Cocina catering offers professional service and incredible food. We believe that our entrepreneurs deserve the opportunity to make a living doing this work, so we offer industry-standard pricing and La Cocina charges an administrative fee for our services.

Located at 101 Hyde St., in the heart of San Francisco, the Municipal Marketplace offers a 7,000 sq.-foot space for larger events with full bar, staging, AV, and kiosks that make for convenient individual food stations.
The Municipal Marketplace offers a fully licensed bar service for delivery, catering, or in-house. Our bar program focuses on women-owned wineries, breweries, and distilleries as well as a commitment to supporting micro-entrepreneurs and our local economy.
