La Cocina is teaming up with Donaji, a beloved Oaxacan restaurant in San Francisco’s Mission District, to bring you a rotating dinner series every Wednesday from September 24 through December 2026.
Each month, a different La Cocina business will take over the kitchen, offering their own bold flavors and culinary traditions alongside Donaji’s vibrant space. Featured chefs and businesses include:
Xula kicks off the series serving their delicious Guatemalan fare on Sept. 24, and Oct. 1, 8, 15.

The Uncreamery – San Francisco’s first vegan dairy
This unique collaboration is made possible thanks to Chef Isai Cuevas of Donaji, who is opening his restaurant doors to spotlight La Cocina’s talented entrepreneurs.
